Children at Risk? Children in Need?

We specialise in dealing with child care cases, acting for children, parents, step parents, other relatives and carers and guardians in care proceedings brought by the Local Authority.

If a Child Protection investigation is under way, you may need representation at any Child Protection Case Conference.

If care proceedings are to be taken, you may need a voice in Court.

Free Legal aid is generally available to all parents and children in care proceedings.

Jane Marston has been a member of the Law Society's Specialist Panel of Child Care Solicitors since its inception in 1986, and has specialised in child care work since 1979. Ann Owens also has considerable experience of acting for parents in Care Proceedings as well as Contact and Residence matters.
