There is nothing more frustrating than being owed money and having to wait for it. It may be an unpaid bill, or rent arrears or money which you lent a so-called friend or business.

The court's system for debt recovery is, sadly, far from simple. Sometimes a solicitor's letter will be enough; other cases need Court action. We can advise you of the best course of action. In certain cases, we will take on your case on a no win no fee basis. It may cost you nothing, apart from Court fees, to recover money which you would otherwise have written off.
